While Nieuwegein turned into a Winter Wonderland, I was sewing like crazy to get my new work finished on time for This Art Fair, an art fair in Amsterdam held from the 27th until the 30st of December. Thank you so much, MILK Amsterdam for hosting me in your exhibition!
One of the things I’m making is an organza replica of this interior plant:
The entire interior will be on display during the show. Along with Esther Hoogendijk and Janneke Kornet I’ll be making home-specific works for this particular display.
Next to the organza plant (photo-in-progress below) I will also show my very first bronze sculpture with Singularity black paint (kinda like Vantablack but slightly different) and some home-made Bismuth crystals.
Please note the order’s totally random.

Above: people looking at my work. I know, my phone camera sucks. Another reason to purchase a print of mine, so I can replace my phone.
Below: my P7 print at the We Like Art! exhibit.Yes, you can see the magic dots of sales over there!
Above: just one more minute to go ’til my artist talk at Prospects & Concepts, the Mondriaan Fund exhibition at Art Rotterdam,
Below: a slightly more decent photo of the light box. (Well I told you my phone was shitty, didn’t I…)

Above: and last what actually should have gone first: a photo of the grand opening.
This light box with photo will be on view during Prospects & Concepts (powered by the Mondriaan Fund) at Art Rotterdam! Yay!
My video DPRK will be shown at This Art Fair from 30th of December until the 3rd of January!
I’m looking forward to see you over there, I also created some very fancy postcards with stills from the video as gifts for visitors.
